Kundalini Activation Energy

KAE (Kundalini Activation Energy) is an energetic tool that unblocks and balances consciously or unconsciously stored energetic, emotional and spiritual information, accelerating healing and transformation of consciousness.

At KAE we activate energy points that unlock repressed energies and emotions, activating the original energy, which generates healing of the energetic, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual body.

We work with the 3 energies: kundalini; toroidal; and universal, connecting with higher planes of consciousness. Each energy center (chakra) is associated with a plan that contains repressed information, also often inherited from past generations, karmic experiences or emotional traumas that manifest in the physical body in the form of illnesses, fears, insecurities, blockages. As you follow the sessions, you eliminate all this information.

KAE also improves the influence of new neural connections. The person remains fully conscious throughout the session. You cannot explain in words everything that a person experiences and feels… just experiencing and experiencing.

You just have to lie down on the yoga mat, close your eyes, don’t think about anything, feel and surrender to the process.

It is possible to book individual sessions. Each individual session is 130 euros.

It is recommended to do 1 session, maximum 2.

Su Fernandes @naturalmentebysu - Yoga Teacher

Su is a yoga teacher, KAE – Kundalini Activation Energy facilitator and monthly mentor of the online program #21diasnaturalmentebysu, where she teaches how to eat “without starving and without diets”, using food based on nature.
In addition to yoga classes, she organizes healthy, vegan and vegetarian food workshops, workshops on homemade wheat bread and sourdough, as well as gluten-free sourdough and gluten-free bread.
