This event is an invitation for deep heart connection, self-care and nourishment on a body and soul level.

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle, traditional plant medicine originally from Latin America. Guest facilitator Naomi from Vienna will guide you through an inner journey to explore the heart-activating effect of cacao for yourself. Connect to your truth and find grounding in this special little retreat.

To prepare: From 2 hours before the event, do not eat or only have a light snack. Please avoid any meat or dairy products and drink lots of water both before and after the event. Cacao as well as Kundalini Yoga are detoxing but are also dehydrating for the body.

The cacao will be vegan, lactose-free and nut-free. If you’re pregnant, please inform us at the beginning of the event, so we can discuss your cacao dose and variations for the yoga practice. In case of any cardiovascular disease or heart problems, cacao is not recommended.
