Yoga and qigong are practices of movement, meditation and healing, that work with body, mind, and breath to optimize energy flow and overall health.
Join Qigong teacher Charity and Yoga teacher Alison for a daylong practice to support grounding, balancing of energy, and the release of blocks and tension. You’ll leave with an increased sense of peace, relaxation and joy.
We will start with a morning yoga practice and then move outdoors for a qigong session surrounded by the natural tranquillity of the farm and the animals.
After lunch, we will guide you in a silent walk and meditation outside before practising some relaxing yoga and end the day with singing mantras together.
Please wear comfortable clothes for indoor and outdoor practice and bring a sun hat and sunscreen if you use it. No previous yoga or qigong experience needed.
