Quinta do Areal has its own modern, purpose-built yoga studio in a converted farm building. Experience its unique atmosphere, with its amazing views over the surrounding fields of the farm.
A bright and beautiful studio, with bamboo flooring, fully equipped with all yoga props by Manduka.
Yoga and meditation classes are open to everyone and are suitable for every body and all levels of fitness and yoga experience.

- Wednesday 19.30 – Relaxing yoga
- Thursday 09.00 – Meditation & yoga
- Friday 10.00 – Vinyasa yoga (with Andreea)
- Saturday 10.00 – Hatha yoga
We host our own group retreats with a daily programme including yoga and meditation sessions, plus other outdoor activities such as mountain biking and hiking in the hills.
We also welcome other yoga teachers and retreat facilitators to bring their own group of students to the quinta and share in our vision of living close to nature in a more sustainable and kind way.
