PATU is a pop-up restaurant founded by Chef Gino Marengo, featuring seasonal botanical culinary events.
The name “PATU” is derived from the Surinamese language, meaning “pots and pans”, symbolising his Caribbean culinary upbringing — a journey enriched by diverse cultural influences, with Portuguese sensuality at its core.

At PATU, the menu is driven by storytelling and emotion, reflecting a deep admiration for nature, which, for all its endless variety, which offers a limitless source of discovery and inspiration.

55 euros - includes a four course dinner with a non-alcoholic welcome cocktail.
Variety of organic wines and nonalcoholic drinks available to purchase with dinner.
