Quinta do Areal is hosting the third edition of its Wellness Festival on Saturday, 13 June, an event dedicated to self-care, connection, and communion with nature.
This festival continues its charitable purpose, supporting Louzanimales, a local animal rescue association that carries out remarkable work in the region.
Entry has a symbolic cost of €2, which will be fully donated to Louzanimales. Free entry for children under 12 years old.
The fee paid by facilitators and producers will also be donated.
Throughout the day, you can take part in a variety of wellness activities, including:
Group Classes – to relax, stretch and move the body.
Massages & Holistic Therapies – moments of care and balance.
Children Activities – dance and storytelling for children.
Food also plays a central role in this experience, with delicious and nutritious options to nourish both body and mind.
There will also be a market featuring natural and handmade products from local producers.
To take part in any of the activities, advance booking is recommended by contacting the facilitators or therapists directly, with prices provided at the time of booking or on the day of the event.
